REVENUE SHARING: At Realty Transaction Services 2000, Inc. (RTS-2000) we form a partnership with our agents, while giving them control of their careers and control of their income. The most exciting part of the “partnership” is that our agents are provided with an opportunity to share in the revenues of the company by assisting in the recruiting process. Each agent introduced to and hired by the corporation generates residual income for the “recruiting agent” who will receive up to 12% of the company earned revenue.

3 INNOVATIVE COMMISSION SCHEDULES: Depending upon experience level, agents are given the option of choosing one of the following commission schedules:

- 50/50 Commission Split

- 70/30 Commission Split

- 100% Schedule

TRAINING: Realty Transaction Services 2000, Inc. (RTS-2000) Training Center -- 20 year industry veteran Terry Rogers has established and manages a system to guide, train and mentor REALTORs who have business experience and/or business interests. You are given step by step guidance and are trained in how to work smarter and not harder. Agents love the RTS-2000 soft but firm approach and the business sense that comes with years of experience. "Real Estate school teaches you how to pass the State Real Estate Exam, we teach you how to make a living in the real estate business."

LEADS: One of the biggest things that you need as a new agent is leads! We have instituted state-of-the-art Lead Generation Systems that produce excellent opportunities to jump start your business. While we cannot always predict how many leads there are, we CAN guarantee that they are distributed fairly to our agents and that we support our agents with a WORLD CLASS web presence! (Note: You will start to receive leads AFTER an initial training period)
